1. Introduction
Vision Lab (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of users of our digital services, mobile applications, and VR/XR applications for Meta Quest, including the Jump Rope XR application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our products and services (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
2. Personal Data from Meta Platform Features
Jump Rope XR uses Meta Horizon Platform Features. When you use the app and grant access through Meta permissions, the app may collect and process the following Meta Platform data:
- USER_ID - a unique Meta user identifier used to associate app progress, leaderboards, achievements, entitlements, subscriptions, purchases, and support requests with the correct Meta account.
- USER_PROFILE - limited profile information provided by Meta, such as display name, username, profile image, or other profile-related information, used to personalize the in-app experience, show player identity in supported social or leaderboard features, and provide support.
- AVATARS - Meta avatar information, such as avatar appearance or avatar-related metadata provided by Meta, used to display your avatar inside the app or in supported social, multiplayer, leaderboard, or profile-related features.
- SUBSCRIPTIONS - subscription status, subscription product identifiers, entitlement status, and related subscription confirmation information used to verify access to subscription-based features, restore subscriptions, and provide customer support.
- IAP - in-app purchase status, purchased product identifiers, entitlement information, and transaction confirmation information used to verify purchased content, unlock premium features, restore purchases, and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not directly collect or store your payment card number, billing address, or payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by Meta or the applicable platform provider.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use Meta Platform data for third-party advertising.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. If significant changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and, if necessary, notify users. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
16. In-App Purchases and Downloadable Content
Jump Rope XR uses the Meta In-App Purchases (IAP) feature to support subscriptions. Access to the Meta IAP feature is necessary for the app to check whether a subscription product is available for the user and whether the user's Meta account has an active subscription entitlement.
The app uses this information to:
- determine whether a Jump Rope XR subscription is available for the user's Meta account;
- display the appropriate subscription offer inside the app when a subscription is available;
- verify whether the user has an active subscription entitlement;
- unlock subscription-based features and content for eligible users;
- restore subscription access when the user reinstalls the app or uses another supported device;
- avoid showing purchase options or premium access incorrectly.
This feature adds value for users by ensuring that they see the correct subscription options and can access the features included with their subscription without needing to purchase access again. Without access to Meta IAP, Jump Rope XR would not be able to reliably determine subscription availability, confirm active subscription access, restore subscription entitlements, or provide subscription-based functionality correctly.
Jump Rope XR may also use downloadable content associated with a subscription to deliver additional workout programs, virtual environments, music packs, or future content updates to eligible users.
Purchase-related information processed by the app may include:
- subscription availability;
- subscription status and entitlement information;
- subscription or product identifiers;
- purchased content identifiers, where applicable;
- transaction confirmations provided by Meta.
All payments and transaction processing are handled securely by Meta. Vision Lab processes purchase, subscription, entitlement, and transaction confirmation information provided by Meta only to verify subscription availability and access, restore entitlements, deliver eligible content, prevent fraud, and provide support. We do not directly collect or store users' payment card information.
By using In-App Purchases, subscriptions, or downloadable content, users also agree to the terms and policies of the respective platform provider.
